Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a system to control the return of goods from customers for whatever reason, and the return of goods to vendors, for whatever reason. In an RMA system the customer is given a unique RMA number to permit the return of a product and to track the status.
How do I file a warranty claim to exchange a defective product?
To file a warranty claim, take the following steps:
