TieTechnology gives you the power to run reports centered around missed, placed, received. Depending on the package and license you can delve deeper into call reporting.
Am I able to view reports from TieTechnology apps?
As long as you’re an admin, you can get detailed reports directly on your mobile device.
What types of calls are counted in the calls shown on the dashboard?
Inbound and outbound voice calls are counted. Fax and extension-to-extension dialing are not included.
